I. Mandate:
The Balanga Water District is mandated under PD 198 or the “Provincial Water Utilities Act of 1973”, known and referred to as the “Local Water District Law.”
II. Vision:
By 2030, the Balanga Water District aims to be a leading water utility recognized for our commitment to innovation and sustainability. We will provide all residents of Balanga City and nearby towns with access to potable water and comply with the Supreme Court Mandamus in the Clean-up of Manila Bay through the effective implementation of our septage management program, promoting a healthier and cleaner environment for future generations.
III. Mission:
To provide potable water and implement an environmentally compliant septage management program, made affordable through efficient operations and excellent service, ensuring the health and well-being of the residents of Balanga City and nearby towns.
IV. Service Pledge:
We, the officials and employees of the Balanga Water District commit ourselves to provide potable and adequate water supply and waste water treatment facilities to every resident of the community at the least possible cost.
