ABOUT THE SERVICE
This service allows concessionaire to request for rezoning of account number, change in classification of concessionaire, change account name, refund of payment and collection adjustment.

For Rezoning of Account Number
- Notification Letter Received by Concessionaire
For Change in Classification
- Notification Letter Received by Concessionaire
- Certificate from City Hall (for walk-in & for Commercial to Residential)
- Type of Business (for Residential to Commercial)
For Change Name
- Proof of ownership or Certificate from Barangay
- Valid ID of Old Owner
- Valid ID of New Owner
- Water Bill Notice
For Refund of Payment
- Original Official Receipt
- Valid ID
For Collection Adjustment
- Original Official Receipt
- Water Bill Notice
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
- Monday — Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Except Holidays and Work Suspensions
- No Noon Break
CLIENT STEPS
1. Go to BLWD Office and approach the Customer Service Assistant.
- The Customer Service Assistant interviews the concessionaire to identify the nature of the request and fill out the request form.
- The Customer Service Assistant validate all the requirements and forward to Division Manager for approval.
