Request for Reconnection Procedure
ABOUT THE SERVICE
This service allows clients to request for reconnection. Customers are advised to inform the Customer Service Assistant of their reconnection request on the same day their water service is disconnected to avoid a ₱200 reconnection fee.

- Balanga Water District Concessionaire
REQUIREMENTS
- Water Bill Notice (1pc, Original)
- PHP 200.00 reconnection fee (if late)
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
- Monday — Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Except Holidays and Work Suspensions
- No Noon Break
CLIENT STEPS
- Go to BLWD Office to pay your current water bill.
- After payment, proceed to the Customer Service desk to request for reconnection.
- Failure to inform Customer Service on the same day will incur a ₱200.00 reconnection fee.
