ABOUT THE SERVICE
This service allows concessionaires to formally request the disconnection of their water service connection with Balanga Water District.

REQUIREMENTS
- Water Bill Notice (1pc., Original)
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
- Monday — Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Except Holidays and Work Suspensions
- No Noon Break
CLIENT STEPS
- Go to BLWD Office and approach the Customer Service Officer for request of disconnection.
- Pay Water bill (if any) to the Customer Service Officer or Office Collector.
- The concessionaire pays water bill (if any) to office collector and issued an Official Receipt.
