This service allows concessionaires to formally request the disconnection of their water service connection with Balanga Water District.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Water Bill Notice (1pc., Original)

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE

  • Monday — Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Except Holidays and Work Suspensions
  • No Noon Break

CLIENT STEPS

  1. Go to BLWD Office and approach the Customer Service Officer for request of disconnection.
  2. Pay Water bill (if any) to the Customer Service Officer or Office Collector.
  • The concessionaire pays water bill (if any) to office collector and issued an Official Receipt.
