Pay Your BLWD Bills Easily with 

1. Log in to your Maya account

Open the Maya app on your mobile device. Enter your password or use biometrics to log in to your account.

2. Tap Bills

On the Main Screen upon logging in, click the Bills icon.

3. Choose Water Utilities

Upon clicking Bills, you will be shown different biller categories available on Maya. Tap Water Utility.

4. Select Balanga Water District

Scroll down to navigate and click on Balanga Water District.

5. Fill in Necessary Details

On the next screen, you’ll need to fill out the payment form. Enter the following details:

• Account Number

• Amount (additional convenience fee)

• Customer Name

📌 Tip: If you’re unsure, you can find all these details on your BLWD bill. 

When everything is filled in and correct, tap NEXT to continue.

6. Confirm the Details

On the second part of the form, please review your billing information before proceeding.

Tap Pay if everything is correct.

7. Confirm Payment Source

On the next page, select your payment option. Double check your selected payment option.

If finished, click on Continue.

8. Confirm Payment

Lastly, finish the transaction by clicking Pay Now if all information are correct.

9. Take Note of the Reference Number

A payment receipt will be shown. This includes all the details of your transaction and a reference number. Take note of the reference number by simply taking a screenshot.

The payment will be processed and posted within 24 hours. You will also receive a text message from Maya regarding your transaction.
