Pay Your BLWD Bills Easily with 
IMPORTANT
Please settle your water bill two (2) days before the due date, as GCash payments made later will not be accepted.
If your account number (as shown on your water bill) contains letters, please do not proceed. GCash only accepts numbers.
To continue paying via GCash, please request an updated numeric account number at the Balanga Water District office.
1. Log in to your GCash account.
Open the GCash app on your mobile device. Enter your MPIN or use biometrics to log in to your account.
2. Tap Bills
On the Main Screen upon logging in, click the Bills icon.
3. Choose Water Utilities
Upon clicking Bills, you will be shown different biller categories available on GCash. Tap Water Utilities.
4. Select Balanga Water District
Scroll down or use the Search bar to navigate and click on Balanga Water District.
5. Fill in Necessary Details
On the next screen, you’ll need to fill out the payment form. Enter the following details:
- Amount (with a PHP 10.00 additional fee)
-
Account Number (numbers only, no dashes)
-
Customer Name
-
Email (Optional)
📌 Tip: If you’re unsure, you can find all these details on your BLWD bill.
You’ll also see an optional field for your email address. You can enter it if you’d like a copy/receipt of your payment, or simply skip it.
When everything is filled in and correct, tap NEXT to continue.
6. Confirm Payment Source
On the next page, select your payment option. Double check your selected payment option, it must be marked with a “✔”.
If finished, click on Next.
7. Confirm the Details
After selecting your payment option, please review your billing information before proceeding.
Tap Confirm if everything is correct.
8. Take Note of the Reference Number
A payment receipt will be shown. This includes all the details of your transaction and a reference number. Take note of the reference number by simply taking a screenshot.
The payment will be processed and posted within 24 hours. You will also receive a text message from GCash regarding your transaction.
