Apply for New Water Service Connection
ABOUT THE SERVICE
This service allows applicants to request a new water connection from Balanga Water District, ensuring access to safe and potable water supply for their property. New connections are subject to approval and full payment of applicable charges.

REQUIREMENTS
(All documents must be photocopies)
- One (1) Valid ID
- Proof of Ownership (Title / Rights / Deed of Sale), or
- Barangay Certification (Showing proof of ownership)
- Lease of Contract (if rented)
*For Special Cases / Turnover Water System*
- One (1) Valid ID
- Clearance from Homeowners Association / Barangay
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
- Monday — Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Except Holidays and Work Suspensions
- No Noon Break
CLIENT STEPS
- Go to BLWD Office and approach the Customer Service to inquire for new connection.
- The Customer Service Assistant will interview the customer to determine the location for installation.
- If the location is not covered by the current serviced areas, then the Customer Service Assistant informs the customer of the situation and the procedure ends.
- If the location is covered, an application form is given by the Customer Service Officer for the customer to fill-up.
- Fill up the Application form and Inspection Report form.
- The Customer Service Assistant provides the Application Form, Inspection Report Form, and Data Privacy Consent Form for the customer to fill out.
- The customer is asked to indicate the following:
- Applicant’s name
- Address
- Contact Number
- Sketch of the location
- Pay the application fee of PHP 100.00.
